Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable overall. The room wasn't quite up to the mark of a 5-star, as I had to ask the concierge for water, only to be told that I should request it from the housekeeping staff the next day during room cleaning. On the bright side, the room was extremely comfortable, with the bonus of having 3 bathrooms, and 2 of them facing the direction of the Qibla.
The hotel's location is fantastic, right opposite AL HARAM, with a super friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, but some families might find them small without extra beds for children. The dining experience is overall good, but there were some issues with the Sahur meal. The service is exceptional, with a highly trained and cooperative staff. The price offers value for money, but some may miss additional sweets at breakfast.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well presented, although you need to ask the housekeeping for water as it is provided only upon request. Unfortunately, there is no Makkah view.
My stay at the hotel was a mixture of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, just across the street from the Haram, making it very convenient. The service was top-notch, with particularly excellent supervisors. However, the rooms were a bit cramped with too much furniture, and the staff's response to requests was not very accommodating. The dining experience was superb with a variety of choices, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel offers spacious and very clean rooms, equipped with a nice kitchen and large windows with beautiful curtains. However, the service for water provision could be improved by the housekeeping team. The hotel is conveniently located near the Holy Haram and within easy reach of the city's main attractions.
My stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The rooms had breathtaking views of the Haram, were spacious, and furnished beautifully for utmost comfort. The hotel's connection to the Haram sound system enhanced the experience. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and provided top-notch service. The location was incredibly convenient, being very close to the Haram of Makkah. The dining experience was delicious, although it had some inconsistencies. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The hotel offers a very spacious and clean room, with a very partial view of Haram. The check-in time is at 4:00 pm. The service level is excellent and the staff are very friendly and cooperative. The location is perfect for Umra, business, or family trips, very close to the Haram and inside a nice shopping mall. The dining experience is good, with a 5-star quality and superb service. Some aspects to consider are additional charges on buffet value and limited meals options.
The hotel is conveniently located near Masjid with a fantastic extended breakfast but lacking variety in dining options. The rooms offer a partially Kabaa view but are outdated and in need of better cleanliness.
My stay at the hotel was delightful, with clean and cozy rooms and super efficient service. The location is excellent, close to malls and with partial views of Haram. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of delicious options. The facilities were also great, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, the room was a bit small and the Wi-Fi had an additional cost.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The room I initially received had a partial Haram view, which was promptly changed to my liking. Although the room was slightly smaller than expected, it was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a pantry with a fridge and cooker, 2 bathrooms with a shower, a living area, and a cozy dining table.
The hotel's location near the holy mosque in Makkah is convenient but the rooms did not match the website photos and seemed rushed. Despite being upgraded to a suite, there were discrepancies. The service was excellent, especially the manager who made us feel welcomed after visiting the Holy Mosque. The dining was of high quality and reasonably priced. The hotel's location, right by the Haram, was a major highlight. However, the facilities were not as expected.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, with a cozy design that made me feel at home. The service was top-notch, with staff being incredibly friendly and always ready to ensure my satisfaction. The location was ideal, just steps away from Haram, offering a spectacular view of the Kabbah. The dining experience was delightful, although it had some ups and downs. Overall, a great value for money.
Staying at Hilton Suites, with a partial view of the Haram, was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were recovering from an operation but spacious and clean. The service was top-notch, with staff who were helpful and informative. The location was very convenient, being very near to the holy Haram. However, the dining experience lacked variety, offering limited options. The hotel offers good value for money considering the proximity to the Haram.
The hotel rooms were really nice, spacious, and clean, which was an unexpected bonus. However, they were not cleaned the next day. The service was also nice with extremely polite and helpful staff, especially the Egyptian manager. The location is simply amazing, being very close to Haram and offering superb international standard breakfast. The dining at the hotel is exactly what you would expect from Hilton, with a wide variety of delicious food. The facilities were great, with everything we needed during our stay.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. While the location was excellent for those on Umrah, the rooms had some issues with water leakage in the bathroom. The staff, especially Mohamed Al Thakafi, were very helpful and friendly. The dining options were good but leaned more towards Arabian cuisine. Overall, a convenient choice for those visiting the Haram.
