My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable overall. The room wasn't quite up to the mark of a 5-star, as I had to ask the concierge for water, only to be told that I should request it from the housekeeping staff the next day during room cleaning. On the bright side, the room was extremely comfortable, with the bonus of having 3 bathrooms, and 2 of them facing the direction of the Qibla.
The hotel's location is fantastic, right opposite AL HARAM, with a super friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, but some families might find them small without extra beds for children. The dining experience is overall good, but there were some issues with the Sahur meal. The service is exceptional, with a highly trained and cooperative staff. The price offers value for money, but some may miss additional sweets at breakfast.
